If a parent wishes to obtain additional educational materials he or she may include her mail address into the app. The permission for us sending the emails granted by the parent can be taken back at any moment contacting us at info@techsophia.cz

What personal information do we collect from the people that use our app?
While playing we collect user statistics to improve our educational app. We do not consider the information itself as PII because it is anonymized. But we feel that users should know about it.
How do we use the information?
We may use the information we collect from you:
– To personalize user’s experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
– To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.

We collect user information while the game is being played.
Concerning COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. We do not market nor collect any personal information from children under 13. We only collect – as it was mentioned above – game statistics which are anonymous.
